Platinum is the best product on the market. Their customer service is top-notch. They have live chat, video conferencing, and do whatever is needed to make their customers happy. The longest I have ever had to wait for an answer to a question was 10 minutes! It used to be days with another product. So glad we switched. Outstanding product!
